It reminds me of “400 Days”.
An individual (maybe a woman?) is isolated in an underground facility, but she think she is in a spaceship travelling in deep space.
Another spaceman comes once a month or so to visit, or bring provisions or something….
Some events happen and she/he finds out that she is still on earth. And there are others doing the same as her/him!
Can you help me with the title?
