a man with a hologram as a phone on his hand

It was a some kind of a sci-fi move(2010-2018). I remember only one scene from this movie and I think that the main character was a man. In the scene the man was looking at his phone, but his phone was a chip under his skin and there was a hologram on his palm with his phone contacts.
