A horror movie with a monster in a box

Hello,
I can’t for the life of me remember how this movie was called.
I think it was from 80s-90s
I only remember a scene where this monster (a collection of fused together faces and limbs) was brought to a police station and there it’s parents came to get them so they killed everyone in a very gory way.
Does anyone know the name of this movie?
