a boy living at an old house?? goes back in time at nights, is meeting with a girl there

I can’t remember much about that movie other than the fact he keeps meeting up with that one girl, back in time, in that big mansion(?) and in the end when he is going back home with his parents he meets that old grandma that turns out to be the girl that he was meeting with.

please help me find it
