It\’s a movie about three or four guys trying to make a girl fall in love, who I think lives in the apartment next door. One of the guys is very quiet. The others try everything including jumping in parachutes but in the end, the girl stays with the calmest one, who only talks with her after her Cabrio broke down. It\’s a movie from the 80s. Unfortunately, I don\’t remember the name of the actors or the movie.

and I think it was in California on the summer
