I am looking for a movie where I only have a very vague memory of the story but there is one violent scene that stuck with me. I think it is a thriller having something to do with a woman seeing a psychiatrist and the psychiatrist either is going insane and kills people or she imagines it. The scene I remember takes place in a mansion and she sees the psychiatrist kill someone with a big garden scissor. The guy has it in his chest and while he is lying there he opens the garden scissor and you can hear the bones from the ripcage crushing.
