80’s movie that has a hitman with a blowup doll in a convertible

I believe this movie is from the early 80’s. All I remember is that they are trying to kill a man who is in a bullet proof limousine. In order to get him to roll down the window, the hitman drives along side the limo in a convertible with a blowup doll in the front seat to make it appear as if he’s having sex while driving. The target rolls down the window to get a better look and the hitman is then able to shoot him.
