80’s kids use RC truck to steal ooze or radioactive material out of warehouse or lab

All I can remember about the movie was these kids used a remote control truck to drive in a lab or something and steal a tube of bright green stuff (ooze or radioactive)…I’m pretty sure it was in the 80’s, sometime time round when the movie Explores (kids movie) came out…
