I've never forgotten being shocked and horrified by this scene as a kid... I saw it on TV, prob'ly in the late 60's, but possibly in the early 70's... I remember it as a scene from a movie, but it's not...

its a film about a young boy iris/british maybe lives on a dangerous neighberhood he has an older brother who get in allot of trouble got into jail as well the boy has an abusive father who the kid eventualy...
