Looking for the tv movie from 90s set in modern era Egypt. It has at least two parts. Main protagonist is boy (teenager) and in the end of the movie, there is giant cobra guarding something in a waterfall....

The movie follows a woman who I believe had an abortion, later on she starts finding really long hairs in her apartment even though she lives alone. I don’t remember if she mentions it to her friends....
