Home invasion movie in the late 90s, early 2000s

I remember this african american couple live together, and there home gets invaded, at one point the intruder seduces the woman living in the house, on the kitchen counter, taking her panties off and even kissing her in the jacuzzi as well before her husband sees and she goes back inside.
