Movie where you get into a car that is a game but when you crash you get hurt in real life

I saw a movie like 10-15 years ago where there is a criminal that has a huge mansion and it has a game room. In the game room one of the characters gets into a real life sized car and buckles up. When you crash in the game you get the injuries in real life. The person tries to open the safety belt but cannot get it open and keeps on getting hurt.
