I’m looking for the name of a movie about a group of kids who ride buggies and dvd cover is pink.

Probably a movie from the 80s or 90s but I’m not sure. I’m Australian but can’t remember if it was Australian or not. All I can remember is that there are some kids and they ride buggies and presumably go on an adventure. I also remember the DVD cover being mostly pink.
