Forgotten Foreign Film

I’m trying to figure out the name of a foreign movie where there’s a girl who comes from a poor town suffers abuse from her father. She loves a boy, but her father forbids it. I believe she gets pregnant at some point. She also gets accepted into some school. I believe it was maybe set in France, but they were speaking Spanish. The details are a little fuzzy though.
