What’s the title of this movie? #romcom

Hey,

I’m looking for the title of a movie where at the beginning, a (young) couple throws a housewarming and someone said something about ‘if the fire alarm goes of and you could only take one thing, what would it be?’. And then she starts questioning everything. And to test her relationsship, she pulls the alarm, that same night and sees that her boyfriend only takes all the expensive electronic devices and doesn’t bother to check on her.

I think it’s a romcom but i’m not a 100% sure.
