Movie about woman, who leaves home, collects stuff from street, finds chippendale, dates immigrant

Hi, please does anyone knows this movie? Non american, probably europian, pre 2013.

It should be about a woman, who leaves her home, says nothing to anyone, she rents a basement apartment in a city, she is waiting for a pension, she collects old stuff from street and use it to furnish her apartment. One day she finds a chippendale, renovates it and sells it for a high price. She dates a Polish(?) or Yugoslav(?) immigrant.
