Hello i watched a movie but didnt know his title and i forgot the actors

Hello the movie talks about i think russian family of a dad and mother and sister and sick son who for a cause need to make a bomb in the usa through a white mini van but his plan failed and before it gets bombed someone drived the van and thrower it in water where it explodes
