please help me find this animation about a boy and his father?

I think it was claymation or something similar. It was about a boy and his father who didn’t get on well. There was very little talking in the film, I think that the father didn’t think that his son was enough, that he was too much of a wimp. To prove himself, the boy climbed a large tree and let go, hurting himself badly.
