I need help trying to find this movie about a detective who doesn’t age.

Hello,

All I remember about this movie is that the detective is sitting at a booth in a bar when this waitress walks up to him and starts chatting him up. He notices she looks identical to her mother who he knew from many years ago before she died. He still looks youthful and he was trying to solve a case during this scene. As I recall correctly he does not grow old or can time skip?
