An indie movie about four unrelated people in New York

Watched a (maybe indie) movie the early 2000s, might be 2004. The movie is about four people living their separate mundane lives in Manhattan. I remember two of them live across the street but don’t know each other. The girl would watch the guy doing yoga in his apartment. And he does some really hard gymnastic thing. Then there’s this asian lady who is a psychiatrist specializes in couple counseling. She does her sessions sitting on a gym ball. But secretly she had never experienced an orgasm. which her husband has no idea. At the end all the characters start to relate somehow. But I don’t remember the details. Any help? Thanks.
