anyone know the name of this movie? (if it even exists)

so idk if i made it up or if its a movie but at some point there were two people on a chain which was bolted to the ground so that if one moved the other was pulled with fighting over the key on some kind of sand platform while there where i think 2 dinosaurs (possibly t-rex) hunting them. anyone know it or am i just insane?
