I need help finding an animated movie from when I was a kid

I remember a scene. It was about a little girl playing with her dog in a field when all of a sudden out of nowhere the ground splits open, the sky gets dark, there’s a huge windstorm, lava is everywhere, and a fire breathing dragon is sitting there roaring. Then it turns out to all be a nightmare and she wakes up.
