Plane move Miltary

I saw a 20 second clip

I think it was kind of a miltary plane flying thru a canyon. The pilot turned off the engine so the plane would fall and then he restarted the plane just before hit the ground

The was another part where two planes were playing chicken and a pluse cannon shot so the two planes would not hit each other
