Customs Inspector gasses Immigrants

I am looking for a TV series pertaining to modern immigration.
In it, a customs inspector is sitting in a room with a number of
immigrants (Muslims?). He gets up from the desk and sets off a
nerve gas device, then leaves them to their deaths.
I believe it aired in the U.K. or Europe.
