Looking for a short sci-fi animation film about climate change

I am looking for short sci-fi animation film about climate change. Had watched it sometime in last decade on youtube.

Spoilers:

We see astronauts exploring planet, possibly 100s of years in future. They are in suits just like astronauts. All they see is destruction. One of them lifts a banner of sorts (I think toward the end). I think “gas”, “petrol” or “diesel” is written on it. That’s the first time we their faces. They are aliens visiting earth. And earth has been destroyed by our greed for fossil fuels.
