I honestly can’t remember much. I remember I was reminded of it because it was similar to Jennifer’s body. It’s about a girl who sees the murder of another girl. After this girl is murdered she gets thrown off a bridge into a lake and is reported as a missing persons. The main girl doesn’t realize she saw this murder until she starts seeing the girl around town. She is haunted by the girls memory, which at one point takes her to the bottom level of this two story building with creepy old wooden stairs that I think is a church. She eventually remembers everything calls the police and they sweep the lake finding the missing girls body. I think there might be an old car in it. It was probably created 2000s- 2016 no later.
