help find this Christmas movie

so I have a vague memory on a small scene in a Christmas film and it’s really bothering me that I can’t remember the film or find it. All I can remember is that there is a broken Santa sleigh on the snow in like a park with trees and a path and a few people find it in the park some kids I think and maybe an adult but not too sure. when they find the sleigh they go off to find the reindeer/s and parts to fix the sleigh and the presents but I can’t remember much more than that. if anyone knows at all what I’m thinking of please text me or respond to this. I know it isn’t elf or the Christmas chronicles.
