Need Title of Subway Horror Flick

Opening scene: “The camera follows a female from behind as she enters the train station. I believe she is wearing earplugs. She boards the train. The doors close. She finds a seat. Eventually she looks around and notices the passengers look weird. She nudges an old lady in front her and the old lady falls over dead. She realizes everyone on her car is dead.” Have you seen this movie? Do you know the name of it? I think it is a foreign independent film, maybe Australian. Thanks for your help.
