Action movie title?

Ok so I watched this movie around 2005(?). I couldn’t remember the title but I can only recall the scenes that happened in the movie.

Here are the scenes in no particular order:
1. Chinese(?) woman in a temple and there was a purple(?) butterfly somewhere. Idk why but she tried to escape the place by stepping on the heads of the men who were gonna fight her and then she was on top of the walls, the setting is up high in the mountains and you can’t see the ground, just clouds. She jumped off and opened her parachute(?) to go somewhere. Then the scene pans to another woman.
2. Blonde short haired woman, sort of promiscuous, setting in a hotel. Then some men in suits barged into her room loaded with guns. They were going to arrest her but she was nonchalant about it and asked one of the men to hand her her underwear. He did by using his pistol to carry it and passed it to her. Then she proceeded to beat them up and left the place by riding a motorcycle.
3. In the ending, some sort of building blew up it was made of wood and they were near some body of water. I remember each characters were fighting but I just can’t recall what else happened.

I’m not exactly sure if it’s streamable elsewhere because I watched it in a CD before.
