I watched this movie in my small town about 25 year ago, around 1995. I am not really sure if it is in English, and I don’t remember much about the actors.
The movie setting is not in a modern time. It is about a family which lives in the wood, they found a little kid with horns, they take him back to their house, when the little monster kid’s parents find out that he is missing they try to catch the other kids, but they seem to be stuck in a certain area in the wood which they can’t escape.
This new kid has horns on his head, one of the human kids tried to file the horns, but they grow up again.
Also, that little monster was left alone in the house one time, and he set fire to the bed, if I remember correctly the mother of the human kids was not angry, and she sang for him
I believe at the end they managed to convert that kids into a normal human and he lost his horns at the end
