a home in Rome- movie

I want to find an american movie (80s -90s) I watched it in Spanish language ,it called “Un hogar en Roma” , it means “a Home in Rome”, or “a House in Rome” …if the title was literally tanslated.
The film is about a recently divorced woman who moves to Rome to start a new life. I remember she dyes her hair to blonde, she buy a red dress etc
The new apartment is in front of a fountain (fontana )
