movie where old men find dead body, possible comedy

Hey guys, long shot, but might as well try. But I remember enjoying this movie with my girlfriend, but I only really remember one scene from it. On a sunny day (really warm colors), some men find a body in a house and its somehow related to them earning money from the dead person. The scene ends with them in a red telephone booth overlooking an ocean cliff talking about the money and whether they should keep it. I briefly remember it being a comedy (could be wrong).
