I love this movie but for some reason I don’t remember the name any help would be appreciated

What I remember is It’s about the earth magnetic field is going down and solar flares are hitting the earth harming people. And the ocean is rising and they use a thing between France and some where on the east coast of USA to stabilize the magnetic field
