Movie about a woman who comes home from the hospital after a car crash

I dont remember any actors from the movie but I do know part of it has to do with a woman who was involved in a car crash that killed a family. When she’s home, she visits a site about places to visit before you die and she keeps seeing the same family in the photos, no matter where she goes on the site. I know the little girl from the family is holding a monkey stuffed animal. She calls the cops about the photos but after they arrive, the family is gone from any of the photos she shows them.
