Name of movie?

I remember watching a movie that had to have been made between early 90’s to about 2010.

The only scene I remember is the end. A female shoots herself in the mouth trying to attempt suicide to escape her captor. She ends up waking up, the suicide unsuccessful, with her mouth seen together and tied to a chair.
