Help Please :D

It’s an English movie , shot between 2000-2010 (not 100% sure).
The plot: A man is in huge debt , and he has limited time to get the money, so he does some shady things, like selling drugs. The people that want the money have his mother taken hostage. And his mother is in wheelchair.
Main character is a man in his 40s, dark hair, Englishman.
