I’ve been struggling to find this movie and would appreciate help. The only few things i remember are as follows
– woman’s head falls out of fridge
– child draws their friends holding hands with just a head (but floating, as if they just erased the body after)
– i think it was implied if not confirmed that the head was a female ghost
– probably made in the early 2000s

Also i don’t remember it but someone else online listed a similar movie except the head is actually just cabbage. Not sure if that helps any
