Trying to find movie name based on scene, coming of age film(?)

I only remember one scene; a boy and girl are in their room(?) and the girl says she shouldn’t keep coming over because they’re growing up or going to highschool. Something along those lines. The boy says they can still be friends and it (cant remember what ‘it’ is) won’t effect their friendship.

The room has a open window and its night, both the kids are pretty young(?). Thats all I can remember. If anything I’ve seen it on tiktok twice but can’t find it anymore. Anyone know what film I might be thinking of?
