Tryin to find title of a movie

I am trying to remember the name of an old movie. I watched it many years ago. In this movie an idiotic protagonist tried to sell milk old ways on cart in bottles but his business was not doing good. He tried to destroy his opponents factory. I am trying to find it so that I can compare it to other two of my favourite.
