This movie is about a poor girl and her dog. Some B movie. Low budget. Probably from early 90’s. The title is the name of the dog. She goes to a party and the snobby mom tells her to drink out of the hose.
It’s NOT Little Heroes.
I watched this as a kid. It’s the first movie I ever cried at.

Like some brown dog. I can’t remember the breed. Nothing striking like a Cocker spaniel or doberman. The movie was about the girl and her dog– both main characters I guess. It was a family movie. Super clean.
