I am searching for the name of a vintage science fiction movie. Somebody enters another world and discovers that people get hypnotized by a loud signal that calls them to go inside a building. Once the signal stops people who did not reached the building just carry on their normal life. He falls in love with a woman and tries to prevent her for going inside every time the signal sounds.
