Name of a horror movie where woman uses blood as painting

I need help to find a movie where a woman (seemingly possessed or a psycho) drains blood from a man with some sort of valve or faucet into a glass cup and uses it to paint.
Later on, this possessed woman runs over a hooker with a car…
