So here is what I remember: a young girl gets kidnapped and her mother always continues looking for her. The man that kidnapped her sets up cameras in some kinda of hotel or apartment the mom works at and allows the young girl to watch her mom sometimes. Eventually police find the girls photo on some dark web website and they find the daughter.
