I’ve tried to get this question answered for years, without a positive response …
Here goes:
Category: What Movie is this From??
BACKSTORY:
The movie was in color …
The scene was of an outdoor party …
The birds had just flown in …
The line was delivered in a very Rosalind Russell/Virginia O’Brien way …
The year was about 1951-53 or so, I was about 4-6 …
Our family went to the movies every 2 weeks or so …
They always showed previews …
In one preview a lady has a couple of birds perched on her …
She looks into the camera and says …
WELL STEP RIGHT UP AND CALL ME BIRD BRAIN
We laughed and laughed, and said we have to see that movie …
(The line was hilarious to a 4-6 year old)
A few weeks later we saw the movie, and again we laughed and laughed at the line …
WHAT WAS THE NAME OF THAT MOVIE ???
I’ve been wondering for years …
Thank You in Advance … Mark Holgerson
