This was an old cable movie in the 90s where the wife was having an affair with a younger man.

(really narrows it down i know lol)

I remember two scenes:

1. The lover cuts a cable outside the house to gain access as a fake repairman so he can see the wife.

2. They have sex in the stall of a women’s bathroom.

All i can remember and of course I don’t recall any actors.
