Movie title? With a scene playing piano and farting! Please Help!

The movie takes place a long time ago where everyone has on old timey white wigs. There is a crowd of people watching and listening to a guy playing the piano and farting. The guy would stop and lift up his coattails and fart and keep playing again and then stop fart again and do this multiple times. Throughout this happening the crowd laughs each time as well.

Other then this scene I can’t remember what happens When it comes to the plot though other then this one scene.

Can anyone remember a movie with a scene close to this?
