So this has been in my mind for forever and I cannot go to sleep without thinking about it. The only thing I remember from it was a scene in which this guy in a suit is getting held down on the ground by two-three cops and the camera is on the man’s face. He is smirking very cockily. I think it’s in a grey building or something like that? I think the guy was a sociopath and a serial killer?? I don’t know if it’s a movie or a tv show. I’m sorry for it being so vague but I cannot remember it at all.
