Trying to find the name of a movie

I remember watching a movie as a child but I can’t remember what it was called and I have tried googling a scene I remember to no avail.

The only scene I can remember is where a family with a husband, wife and child (could be a daughter) are living in an RV and one night the wife and child are praying in front of the bed when a gang of motorcycle members come and riddle the RV in bullets which kills the mother and child but not the husband.

I think the husband may have been a previous motorcycle gang member and left that life to get married but not sure. Movie could be early-late 90’s to early 2000’s
