Weird arthouse/fantasy movie

I’m looking for a movie I saw edited into a fan made music video that sadly got deleted from YouTube. Here’s what I recall from it:

– Looks like it was made in the 70’s or 80’s.
– Feels like an European production.
– There is a girl with short black hair wearing medieval knight armor and riding a motorcycle in some big city in modern times. She seems very robotic, so possibly an android or such. At one point she is also seen firing a light machinegun at something.
– There is a scene in an in-doors swimming pool with naked women and some of them are wearing BDSM outfits and holding whips.
– There are also dream-like sequences with naked girls sort of dancing in a non-descript ethereal setting.
