This movie had Speeders/hovering vehicles that ran on SUN and MOON power

I specifically recall a scene where the main character sets off on your typical suicide quest but with a speeder that is powered by celestial bodies. There was one sun and one moon. There was a princess or just a pretty woman that had said something like “be careful the moon doesn’t give off much power” as the movie cut to him speeding down sand dunes and brushing up against a few to show the lack of stable power to the speeder craft. This is a film that I saw around 2010-2014
